PARAPROFESSIONAL

Clarity Service Group selects paraprofessionals based on the quality of their education and experience.  The majority of our paraprofessionals hold a bachelors degree in education or a related field.  Our paraprofessional selection criterion is strict and our employees are required to complete the 20 hours of highly qualified training required by Pennsylvania within 3 months of hire date.  Each paraprofessional is also required to complete a “Behavior Boot Camp” training provided by our Clinical Supervisors, who are all Certified Behavior Analysts.
