ABA Consultants
Applied Behavior Analysis or ABA “… is a discipline devoted to the understanding and improvement of human behavior” (Cooper, Heron & Heward, 1987). Clarity Service Group specializes in providing services in line with current research standards for Applied Behavior Analysis. Although each of our ABA consultants are all certified or eligible to become certified, the science of ABA is vast and each consuiltant has a unique set of experience and abilities. Clarity currently provide two distinct lines of business to maximize our staff abilities and promote effective and accurate staffing: ABA-Acquisition Programs and ABA Reduction Programs.
Clarity Acquisition Programs are those programs that emphasize the development of new skill sets for children and adults. Typically these ABA programs are each unique and individualized in design. Our Certified staff conduct needs assessments for our acquisition programs to develop skills training and collect data on the development of these new skills. Our consultants implement traditional ABA programs with a Verbal Behavior Component as well as more cutting edge programs that rely on more naturalistic teaching opportunities to promote generalization. Our board certified professionals also provide effective early intervention ABA services, ABA classroom development including Verbal Behavior Methodology and Assessment of Basic Language and Learning Skills (ABLLS).
Clarity Reduction Programs are those programs that are required for our clients who are displaying behaviors that are impeding the ability of the client to learn or impeding safety of others. Clarity Service Group specializes in providing behavior analytic services for reduction programs in a method consistent with Positive Behavior Supports. Our behavior analysts complete Functional Behavior Assessments and develop Positive Behavior Support plans for clients displaying high levels of behaviors interfering with their learning. Our Behavior Analysts are Board Certified and comply with all state and federal regulations.
