Effective training reduces the need for intense individualized supports and empowers both staff persons and organizations. Workshop trainings are a cost-effective means by which agencies can build capacity to increase knowledge and skills. Our training capacity allows us to offer multiple hour or multiple day workshops, and we have several teams of training experts.

Workshop formats are a natural complement to consultation and establish an agency as proactive in training and implementation of best practices. The training curricula are engaging, well-researched, and clearly presented. However, our excellent reputation stems more directly from the experienced and caring Behavior Analysts on staff. Our trainers each have a Master's degree, EdD or PhD in a field directly related to Applied Behavior Analysis. Many are Board Certified Behavior Analysts and all have more than five years experience working with children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder - as well as experience in specialized areas such as medication selection, feeding, toilet training, treatment of self-injury, and verbal behavior. We possess excellent knowledge of cutting edge behavior analysis applications such as functional behavior assessment, development of treatment plans, and specialized communication intervention, yet each training module training module is designed to be easily understood by direct care staff. It is not an understatement to say that world-renowned behavior analysts create each module, and we are fully prepared to develop more intensive and in-depth trainings. Our training development team consists of contributing educators and professors from universities such as Rutgers, Temple, and Johns Hopkins and all members have extensive experience with recognized autism therapy techniques and interventions.
Although we are experts in the field of autism, we also serve persons with many other behavioral and educational concerns. Our curriculum series reflects a multiple disability focus with varied approaches in ABA. Each training module, whether lasting a few hours or several days, prepares participants with the skills necessary to begin working effectively with consumers facing the challenges common to the ASD spectrum.
